To become a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, I finished an intensive Yoga Teacher Training (YYT) at Parimukti in Dharamkot, India. I am schooled in traditional Hatha Yoga and predominantly practise and teach Hatha Flow.
Right alignment and breath during an asana is a very important aspect of yoga. This will make you get the most benefits out of an asana and will reduce the chance of injury. And because 'right alignment' is different for every body, I will spend a lot of attention during the classes to find yours.
FLEXIBLE AND PERSONAL
Although you don't have to be, yoga will make you more flexible! But I'm not talking that kind of flexibility here.
You are able to plan my yoga lessons flexibly, depending on your agenda. In a one-to-one session or together with friends, co-workers or family members, at your place, office or in the park.
The lessons are adjusted to your wishes, level and possible injuries. Be amazed of your progress in only weeks!
