Spring 2019

Spring is coming... Although it's not sure about that yet. As I'm writing this I am alternating between enjoying the sun rays that are reaching towards my seat on the sofa and running outside to get the laundry in as drops of rain are falling down.

Christmas update!!! 2018

The leaves are turning red, yellow, brown and gradually letting go. They'll eventually turn into mulch, nutrients for the trees that have carried them all year – but before that, they're an autumn-y bouncy castle for pups.

Indian Summer 2018

How time has flown since the last newsletter! I’ve been so busy with summer madness… So, let’s just call this the Indian Summer newsletter.

Spring 2018

My, how the weather has done a 180 this week! It’s so nice and sunny, you would almost forget that last week on Monday we had 'Beast from the East mini-me' harassing us…
You’re probably sitting somewhere watching the sun set, with a glass of pink wine or lemonade, so I’ll keep it short.

New Year 2017

Happy New Year to you and your (furry) little monster(s). I hope you are enjoying the crisp air as much as I am. Or perhaps you are sitting on a warm and sunny beach as your reading this, soaking up those Vitamin Ds. Good for you!
Anyways, here is a little update from me to you, regarding the yoga and petcare schedule in the new year.

Autumn 2017

Do you also have the sniffles? It seems like everyone around me is getting the flue or just had it. Myself, I’ve been struggling with a sore throat for a while, which honestly, is not really nice for someone who uses her voice for her work. But I see it as a sign I need to slow down. Nature is slowing down and preparing for hibernation, why shouldn’t we?! I’m making sure to be vigilant on the vitamin intake (start taking your D’s now to prevent getting SAD!), get my nine hours of sleep per night and loads of fresh air (for as far that is possible in stinky London).
In this newsletter, you’ll find out more about upcoming yoga classes, workshops, new members of the Sies Petcare family, Christmas plans and more.

Indian Summer 2017

With the start of the new school year, Sies Petcare & Yoga is going to be fully back in business. Not that I’ve been sitting still for the last couple of weeks – I need a holiday to recuperate from summer holiday. In this newsletter, you’ll find where I’ll be teaching in the following months and an update on old and new members of my Petcare family.

Summer 2017

It has been a while since you last received a newsletter or blog from me. That’s because I’ve been busy. Not the “How are you? – Very busy (and exhausted)!” kind of busy, but the good kind. It was a period of stepping up and taking a step back. More on that in this newsletter.

Pre-summer 2017

The last newsletter was a bombardment of information, so I’ll keep it short this time.
After a short, well-deserved break in Cornwall over Easter, I was back in business again. The last couple of weeks have seen an expansion of the “Sies brand” in the form of more classes, new teaching opportunities and lounging about with some new and old pooches.

Spring 2017

As mentioned in the previous newsletter, I have chosen to disconnect more from Facebook-pages for new yoga teachers in London and have started creating my own yoga community. And boy has that worked out well!
Through the digital disconnection, I was better able to make real-life connections. Those led to me being called to cover classes (!! – as opposed to bidding on an assignment together with one hundred other teachers), being asked whether I would host a workshop (more on that later), and adding great value to the lives of some of my closest community members in the form of better health and an overall relaxed feeling.
