I have been attending Sies' Monday evening classes at St Peter's (SE17) and they are the perfect start to the week. Since starting I have felt a building of strength and flexibility in my body as she customises each lesson to a slightly different theme or focus. Sies is very friendly and approachable; I told her that I was worried about my posture and back strength and she has been very helpful both in and outside the lessons with this. I'm so happy to have found a group yoga class that is of such high quality in comparison to others I have tried locally. I look forward to Mondays!

Great yoga in South London!

I met Sies at a local studio in Battersea, but was thrilled to discover that she also runs her own classes near Elephant and Castle. I've been going regularly on Monday nights now and it's a great start to my week. It's obvious she cares, and she plans the classes so that we all benefit from our time with her. A real find, can't recommend highly enough.

Sieske comes to our work space to run small, taylor made classes. Even though the group are of varying abilities and experience Sieske always manages to find a balance with yoga that is both achievable while still challenging. Consistently great sessions with the right combination of sweat and zen!

Great yoga session with a friendly teacher :)

I have been to Sies' Monday yoga class twice and have really enjoyed both classes. Sies' teaching is very balanced and focused, allowing you to work on your strength and flexibility as well as enjoy your time there. Sies is very friendly and approachable, and will answer all your questions and give you helpful tips. I highly recommend her class.

I have really enjoyed the classes and I'm so happy that I have continued with yoga. I love the flow of the class and the fact that Sies incorporates harder moves, relaxing moves and meditation. I also love Savasana and the aromatherapy oils at the end of the class. It makes Mondays not so bad!

I started attending Yoga with Sies a few months ago when I was going through a period of stress and anxiety. I was struggling with work and with calming my thoughts. Sies' classes have been a great time for me to let go, be mindful and refocus my energy. I've struggled a bit with classes as I have wrist pain (and very weak arms!) but Sies has been great in helping me find ways to combat this. She is personable, friendly and makes sure her classes incorporate different moves every week. She helps push her students to improve and I really enjoy the way she begins/ends her classes (getting into the zone gradually/winding down at the end!). The space at St. Peters is also really unique. I would throughly recommend Sies' classes to others... beginners or seasoned yogis :)

Since starting to attend Sies' Monday evening classes, I've felt the benefit of being physically stronger and less tense, as well as being more relaxed on a mental level. The classes are a great way to release at the start of the week and make Mondays a less daunting prospect. Sies' humorous, personable and non-intrusive style helps to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The yoga itself is catered for different requirements and difficulty levels, with personal tips given as and when they are required and good examples set by Sies. I would recommend these classes for anyone 😁
